Abstract

The textbook provides a full course of administrative law. It is based on the theoretical provisions and practice of public administration, which corresponds to the values ​​of human-centered theory, when public administration must fully satisfy the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals in accordance with EU values. The textbook can be used by students in the educational process, graduate students, teachers, scientists, members of the Government of Ukraine and other officials of public authorities, MPs, court staff, activists of public associations, as well as anyone interested in administrative law. The content of the textbook corresponds to the Program of the second block of the professional entrance examination in administrative law of Ukraine, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It will be useful in preparation for the entrance examinations for the EIT for the master's degree, as well as in preparation for the relevant qualifying examinations of candidates for judges, prosecutors, lawyers, notaries and law enforcement officers.
