Abstract

The article substantiates the psychological conditions for the development of young people’s ability to do business, which is in demand in the social environment and the changes caused by the interaction of young people with the social environment. The concept of “educational preparatory courses” reveals the environment that is temporarily created for the implementation of targeted educational tasks. In the context of the article, courses for graduates of schools and vocational schools at employment centers, preparatory courses in higher education institutions are organized in such an environment. The impact of the environment on the educational processes implemented in the courses in determining the means and forms of management, have different causes of change in the interaction of environment and courses. It was found that the organization of the interaction of courses with the environment is replaced or supplemented by properties that are taken from other development organizations, from other content of the courses. We emphasize that the interaction between the courses and the environment promotes the development of openness, trust in each other. But more important for them are the aspects that can be borrowed from the transformational processes of society: educational learning technologies, the size of the update, the mission and culture of the educational process in the courses. All these new orientations and strategies allow courses to develop available recommendations for the development of their own model of interaction with the environment. The concept of “development organization” covers a set of objective factors that influence the choice of socially significant educational programs for youth development. The leading factors include the legal framework of education: the Laws “On Education”, “On Professional Higher Education”, “On Employment” and others. Proposed measures to develop a normative document that would reflect the interaction of development organizations with their environment. The content of the indicative strategy that accompanies the development of young people’s ability to do business in the market is revealed. The psychological conditions for the development of young people’s ability to entrepreneurial activity, which helped to identify the peculiarities of the interaction of different forms of development organizations and their environment, are analyzed.
