Abstract

The article analyzes the state of book publishing in independent Ukraine. The chronological stages of book publishing development in its thematic, linguistic and regional aspects are shown. An attempt is made to generalize the development of book publishing in Ukraine, to find out its main problems and ways to overcome them.
