Abstract

The article investigates the problem of forming the values of future bachelors of music art through the analysis of their formation at the stage of adaptation to the study at the university. It is noted that the process of value formation is constant and is of particular importance in the period of mastering the profession, when there is an integration of personal and professional values, the interpenetration of the external world into the internal. It is designated that the institution of higher education and its artistic environment are an important component of the formation of the personality of a student-musician. The author relies on the works of scientists on the theoretical foundations of the formation of values and value orientations, conducts research, having chosen a focus group of future bachelors of music art. The importance of the formation of professional and personal values is proved, and these values act as the core of the individual, regulate professional activity, allow to reveal the uniqueness of the individual in relation to the profession, the possibility of professional growth to identify their abilities. Emphasis is placed on the specifics of the formation of professional values of future bachelors of music art, which are formed within the framework of performing / composition / conducting / musicological / and teaching activities. Trends in the value of future bachelors of music art at the stage of their adaptation to higher education are analyzed: the priority of personal and socially significant values, insufficient importance of professional self-realization, lack of balance between personal and professional values. The presented results of the research of first-year students' values are important for determining their current stage of life, understanding the role of corporate values of higher education (on the example of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University) in the life of future bachelors of music art in the period of adaptation to the study. On the basis of diagnostic measurement of values of first-year students the features of pedagogical influence are determined, the result of which can be further development of organizational-methodical system of formation of professional-personal values.
