The teacher's personality, his professional level are an example for the student, and personal interest and interest in the professional growth of the student are incentives and motives for creative development. The authors emphasize the need to involve students in music performance through participation in concerts, professional competitions, workshops, which promote creative self-realization and form professional competence.
