Abstract
The article characterizes modern transformation processes in the higher pedagogical education in Ukraine. The author presents the innovations that have taken place in education after the introduction of the European Credit Transfer-funded system. The study analyzes the higher education standards of Ukraine in the field of knowledge Education 01. It is stated that the current draft standards are competency-based and share philosophy of defining the requirements to a specialist, underlying the Bologna process and the international project of the European Commission «Tuning Educational Structures in Europe». Particular emphasis is placed on education and vocational training program for the Bachelor / Master of Science in Knowledge 01 Education, cycles of training future teachers in universities of Ukraine and their parts, disciplines that provide the process. In addition, the author characterizes the practices and their peculiarities in pedagogical universities. Theoretical research data by confirmed practical rates. As a result, it is concluded that teachers’ training in the Ukraine comes under the new competence aimed standards, programs and plans. Modern innovation processes that occur in the Ukraine's education have positive impact on learning outcomes. In recent years, the willingness of the modern teacher to pedagogical activity has increased significantly
