Abstract
The article researches the features of professional mobility formation of future vocal teachers in the process of professional training. The authors describe the essence of the following concepts: mobility, professional mobility. The directions of professional mobility formation of modern teachers are defined. The key components of professional mobility of future vocal teachers are specified and described, which include self-observation, self-analysis, self-assessment, self-actualization, and self-development. It is emphasized that the teachers’ professional development is due to the development of key competencies, namely: professional, didactic, research, leadership, digital ones. An example is given that various modules (professional, didactic, research, leadership, a module on digital competence development) have been launched at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, which strengthens the development of professional competencies at higher school teachers, including vocal teachers. The article states that one of the structural components of the professional mobility of vocal teachers is motivation. The authors share the opinion of modern scientist V. Milyaeva on the essence of motivation for an individual’s professional development, which she defines as a set of internal inclinations that determine, direct, and regulate the process of professional growth. The article’s materials substantiate the need for the formation at the future vocal teachers’ of basic knowledge of pedagogical technology, development of practical skills to search for Internet services for possible use in the process of online learning. Examples of portals for creating interactive exercises and tasks, crosswords and puzzles, services for practical tasks, testing students’ knowledge in real-time are given. The authors consider the search for and creation of a scientific and methodological system of preparation of the future vocal teacher for constant professional self-development to be a prospect of further research.
