Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of culinary terms in Polish and Ukrainian, especially etymology and morphology. The origin of some of the words in this group was analyzed. Attention was also drawn to lexemes which are common for different Slavonic languages and to those borrowed from other languages. The morphological structure of the studied terms is shown. Nomenclature-terminological combinations and actual terminological units were noted.
