Abstract

The article considers the problem of psychological education in the process of advanced training in distance format, in particular, the feasibility of introducing training modules of psychological orientation while improving professional competence in distance learning as a tool for psychological education of adults. Differentiation of teaching materials of distance modules of psychological orientation was carried out, statistical indicators of students 'choice of distance modules were analyzed, a monitoring study of students' educational needs in obtaining psychological knowledge during distance learning was conducted. Based on the results, the authors identify priority areas of psychological education in distance learning, in accordance with the educational needs of students, determine the relevant, in demand among professionals who improve their skills in distance learning, the subject of psychological modules
