Abstract

In many countries of the world, in contrast to Ukraine, juvenile delinquency proceedings are carried out by specialized courts of various modifications. In juvenile justice, the emphasis on working with juvenile offenders is shifted from punitive and repressive to educational and rehabilitation. The priority of such measures is ensured by the court in cooperation with social services.
