The author analyzes the problem of application of interactive learning technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions, as well as theoretically substantiates the educational potential of these technologies during adult education. The target, conceptual, practical, activity, diagnostic and effective components as necessary components of the system of professional training of future specialists is characterized. It is determined that the use of interactive learning technologies will contribute to the implementation of pedagogical conditions for professional training of future employees, the selection of special objects that 2021 р., № 78 191 objectify the content of the educational environment, expand the range of teaching aids by which students develop professional competence; implementation of methods of student activity (active cognitive activity, active participation in communication, creativity, independent work, self-education, professional interaction, etc.). The technological model was chosen as the optimal model of the educational process, which is aimed at choosing one of the three technological schemes of the organization: productive technology, personalityoriented learning and partner technology; to determine the optimal means of interactive technologies, their analysis and structuring. The essential advantages of using iterative in the educational process are emphasized: creating a friendly atmosphere and relationships between the participants of communication; giving students the opportunity to be more independent and confident; encouragement by the teacher to fruitful cooperation; leveling the authoritarian position of the teacher; involvement of each student in work; assistance to those participants in the educational process who have failure in work; constant and active use of previously acquired experience. It is concluded that training using interactive learning technologies will be successful, taking into account the age of students, their interests and needs, life and educational experience, level of motivation, mutual understanding and psychological compatibility, level of interest, complexity of interactive methods. The perspective of diagnostics of conditions of introduction of interactives in educational process and development of a complex of conditions for their effective use and development of methodical recommendations is taken
