Abstract

In this article highlighted results of scientific search of effective approaches to formation of readiness for partnership interaction of seekers of higher education in the specialty «Primary education». Characterized content of partnership interaction and structure of readiness of elementary school teacher for partnership interaction in general secondary education institution environment. Determined, that partnership interaction characterized by the direct influence of the subjects on each other, which generates cooperation based on mutual benefit and equality in order to achieve a common goal. Singled out components of readiness for partnership interaction of elementary school teachers (value-motivational, cognitive-operational, reflexive-prognostic), criteria (attitude, understanding, ability) and indicators of their formation. Revealed experience of formation readiness of partnership interaction in students majoring in «Primary Education» of Pedagogical Institute of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. Indicated, that organization of the educational environment of the institution of higher education on the basis of partnership, constructive cooperation between the subjects of the educational process (teacher-student, student-student) and specially developed content-technological provision promotes of formation of the readiness of the future elementary school teacher for partnership interaction. Given examples of author's developments and creative tasks using social networks, that encourage students to collaborate. According to the defined criteria and levels of their formation, studied dynamics of readiness for partnership interaction of seekers of higher education in the specialty «Primary education» during three years of study at the Institute and given examples of surveys students of first and third course. Comparison of the results of the ascertaining and control stages of the study demonstrated effectiveness of developed content-technological provision in formation of readiness of partnership interaction of the future elementary school teachers.
