Abstract

The article focuses on the problem of raising the level of professional training of future educators of preschool children. The importance of rethinking traditional means and methods of educational influence is substantiated and the necessity of improvement of pedagogical tools (methods, receptions, means, forms of interaction) for formation of the teacher of new type is proved. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of a competent teacher of preschool education in the field of professional, informational, communicative activities, self-development and self-realization are determined. The pedagogical conditions include: development of working curricula of professional disciplines in accordance with the personality-oriented paradigm on the basis of the competence approach; increasing the level of professional competence of the teacher, updating his scientific and pedagogical knowledge and personal and professional abilities; creation of information and educational environment that allows to effectively form professional competencies of students on the basis of the latest educational technologies; formation of motivational and professional readiness of students to realize the formed competencies, professional and personal communication; monitoring the level of professional competence of students. It was found that the optimization of the educational process, strengthening the professional and practical training of students contributes to the modernization of the classroom, development of electronic courses of professional disciplines, methodological support for teaching professional disciplines, change of methodological tools, use of innovative pedagogical technologies, interactive forms of interaction, active teaching methods, conducting practical classes on the basis of preschool education institutions, etc. The strengthening of the motivational component of professional training is effectively influenced by the organization of the educational process, aimed at practical, educational and research activities of students.
