Abstract

As a result of the scientific sources analysis, the essence of the concepts “meta-”, “meta-capability”, “meta-competence”, “meta-skills” (soft skills) was clarified; It was found that by meta-capability we mean readiness to continuously acquire knowledge and skills, adaptation to new conditions and situations, and meta-competence is considered as the ability to think strategically and assess the educational situation in order to build the most effective educational trajectory; the main structural components of meta-competence of a modern teacher are considered, namely: communicative, interactive and game technical, which in turn allow to effectively carry out psychological and pedagogical interaction with participants of the educational process.
