Abstract

The article substantiates the question of theoretical and methodological rethinking of the academic training of psychologists and, in particular, psychologists-consultants in the perspective of educational mediation of the macro genesis of their “world view”. The theoretical models of the academic preparation of psychologists are characterized. The theoretical models of the academic preparation of psychologists are characterized. The effective experience of implementing the polyphonic goal of educational and professional training of psychologists-consultants is investigated. The reasons for the contradictions of modern organizational, methodological and theoretical and methodological approaches to the training of psychologists are considered. The multifunctional action of the educational and professional procedural vector has been determined, which is both a condition, content, and an operating mechanism that generates the professional specifics of a “world view” of future psychologists-consultants. The experience of level, “happening” and “psychotechnical” approaches to the training of future psychologists and consultants is considered. A comparative approach to the teaching of psychological disciplines is characterized. Attention is focused on the role of the teacher in transmitting to students not only knowledge and skills, but also his own “world view”, his own self-value semantic formations of the personality. It is proved that the controlled psychological and pedagogical movement of the macro genesis of the “picture of the world” provides the future psychologists and consultants with the discovery and understanding of the facets of their own perception that they have dominant by virtue of their uniquely experienced parafernal experience that will be projected by them onto the client’s perception and understanding. It is proved that the multifactorial nature of the process of the “world view” macro genesis of future psychologists and consultants is taken into account subject to the application of a frame approach to constructing the psychological and pedagogical program of the macro genesis of their “world view”.
