Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of problematic issues of migration policy in the field of education and possible ways to improve the organization of training of migrants and refugees in Ukrainian educational institutions. The urgency of the topic is due to the active spread of migration in many countries around the world, which requires more attention to the processes associated with this phenomenon and ways to solve a number of problems that arise in the studied category of individuals and the state as a whole. The author theoretically substantiates the possible directions of the organization of education of migrants and refugees in higher education institutions, as well as their importance in the public life of the country. The study notes both the positive and negative consequences of the migration process, which in turn necessitates the optimization of ways and directions of their solution. The author describes possible directions of the process of organizing the training of refugees and migrants for Ukrainian higher education institutions, focusing on the basic norms of Ukraine's migration policy in the global paradigm, emphasizing pedagogical orientation through support of equality and humanism. Qualitative organization of the educational process of the above category is an integral part of the process of integration of education, science and production, joint use of the potential of educational, scientific and industrial organizations in mutual interests. The article considers the leading principles of ensuring the development of a quality process of organizing the training of migrants and refugees, the importance of diversity and Ukrainian orientation through the acquisition of professional foundations in higher education institutions. Necessary conditions for the organization of training of refugees and migrants should be the ability to educational activities, the desire and ability to carry it out; the presence of appropriate educational institutions in the country, the predominance of the influence of factors of educational migration over the desire to stay.
