Abstract

The article analyzed the preparation of educators with the right teaching English preschoolers, describes theoretical basis of their professional competence and proposes approaches to its formation based on acmeological approach. The analysis of pedagogical, psychological and methodological literature the basic conditions for the successful development of future professional educator, the ways of implementation of theoretical principles into practice educational process universities of Ukraine. Determined that for the successful implementation acmeological approach to vocational and educational training of future teachers PEI is implementing educational projects that promote competency development of knowledge, skills in students, which in turn form the educational competence within the structure of professional training of future specialists.
