Анотація

The article describes the theoretical and practical significance of using the general scientific methodology and, in particular, the system approach as a methodological basis for understanding the essence of innovative education and the possibility of defining, structuring, and organizing the complex of knowledge about all its components. It is noted that innovativeness as a worldview guideline of modernity stimulates the acceleration of the pace of formation and spread of new values ​​in society; accordingly, innovative education should be focused primarily on the spiritual, humane essence of innovative transformations, on the overall cultural and professional development of a person, on the stimulation and formation of a creative style of thinking, a creative approach to life, a system of spiritual values, the development of readiness to make decisions and bear responsibility for them in conditions of constant changes, risks, innovations. The concept of "principles of innovative education" is defined as fundamental starting points of a systemic nature, the functional activity of which is oriented towards the innovation of education and the improvement of its quality, in particular, in improved or new educational systems, components of the educational process, educational technologies, scientific and scientific-methodological developments, technical means institutions of education to increase the cognitive ability and educational activity of those seeking education.The content of the principles of innovation is defined, substantiated and characterized education through the prism of a systemic approach: the principle of a global goal, the principle of integrity, the principle of structure, the principle of hierarchy, the principle of functionality, the principle of uncertainty.
