Abstract

The pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus radically changed not only approaches to management and performance of various types of work, but also made significant adjustments to people's daily life. There has been a large-scale change in perceptions and reassessment of available information technologies, as well as approaches to their use. The introduction and use of cloud technologies has become the new norm, and artificial intelligence is the prospect of the near future. Some experts consider the pandemic as a "black swan", i.e. as a surprising, unpredictable event of great importance with serious consequences that dramatically change the political, economic and social environment, which, in the future, also affects the activities of business organizations8. This means that in order to ensure economic stability in the face of such "black swans", business organizations must act differently.
