Abstract

The article describes the theory and feature of the development of the ancient dance as one of the forms of мусічного art. Examines the theory of the dance according to Platon, Lucian. Covered turn and development, form and technique of ancient Greek Roman dances. Is determined, that the main factor in the ancient Greek dance performed the style, form and technique. In ancient Roman much attention was paid to dance pantomime and the plot.
