Abstract

The purpose of the academic discipline is to acquaint students with the specific features and principles of the organization of social work in specialized services, to reveal the normative and organizational and technological principles of the activities of non-governmental organizations of the social sphere, to prepare students for evaluating the quality of organizations of the social sphere, and to familiarize them with the basics of monitoring and evaluating the quality of provision social services.
