Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of innovative professional activities preschool teacher profession, the author presents the interpretation of the term "innovative professional work of the teacher preschool education and psychology." Specificity of innovative professional work of the teacher preschool education and psychology as a special kind of multi-functional , comprehensive, integrative teaching activities due to the peculiarities of higher educational and pre-school education, conditions of educational activities preschool teacher profile in higher education, age characteristics of the audience, focus on professional preparation of a new type, capable of for innovation in pre-school education . The versatility and complexity of the innovation activity of the teacher preschool education and psychology is the cooperation of various professional positions, namely a researcher, designer, experimenter , methodologies, manager, mentor, consultant, writer and promoter of new pedagogical ideas. These positions are integrated as complementary to an integrated system of innovative professional activity that performs complex functions with respect to them. This activity is based on subject-subject interaction between participants of the educational process and aims to provide training students to practice implementing innovative knowledge in the pre-school education and training, the development of innovative student's personality, as well as your own self through the creation and application of pedagogical innovations system of training specialists in early childhood education. Integrative nature of innovation activities teacher preschool education and psychology manifested in relationship research, design and constructive, educational, organizational, managerial , industrial, educational, consultative, educational activities, ensuring the creation, development, use and dissemination of educational innovations in the field of educational and pre-school education, the development of future innovation specialist.
