Abstract
The article reveals the content of the organization and the course of the formative experiment of the research and experimental study on the issue of the building of professional competence of the future vocal coaches by means of multimedia technologies. In the process of working on the article, the authors used such scientific research methods as: theoretical study and analysis of scientific resources on the theory and methodology of musical art, vocal pedagogy, synthesis, generalization, concretization, observation, pedagogical experiment, statistical methods of data processing. The authors emphasize that the concept of competence acquires the greatest significance in the field of education, where the professional and pedagogical competence of teaching personnel is the guarantor of the functioning of all public institutions. The analysis of the latest publications proved the insufficient research of this issue in the scientific literature, which confirms the need for further careful study by scientists of the given phenomenon. According to the authors, the results of the summative experiment have proven the expediency of carrying out a purposeful process of professional training of the future vocal coaches, filled with new content and forms in a higher school of artistic direction. The purpose of the formative experiment was to check the effectiveness of thesuggested methodology of building of professional competence of the future vocal coaches by means of multimedia technologies. The formative experiment was conducted on the basis of the Faculty of Arts of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University and the Institute of Arts of Borys Hrinchenko Kyiv University and involved 5th and 6th year university students, and took place in the conditions of studying such disciplines as “Practical Course on Qualification”, “Voice Placement”, “Solo singing”and “Work Practice (Graduate Research Assistantship)”. In the article, the authors suggest requirements for the successful work of the future vocal coaches regarding the use of multimedia technologies during classroom and extracurriculartraining. The authors reveal the possibilities of various types of multimedia support for the effective conduct of classes in vocal and performance training. Summarizing the content of the article, the scientists have come to the conclusion that careful selection of learning support materials and didactic multimedia material will help to increase the level of education and professional competence of the future professional musicians.
