Abstract

The development of a humanistic approach and, accordingly, a human-centered vector of development of territorial communities in Ukraine will benefit from focusing on the formation of a platform of joint actions through the main directions: ensuring responsible partnership between stakeholders in the development of territories in the context of sustainable development - the state, business, population, scientific structures; the desire to create a socially homogeneous and cohesive territorial collective; activation of entrepreneurial and innovative entrepreneurial activity in the local territories of communities and support of business functioning; formation of motivation for cooperation as a synthesis of the interests of the administrations of territorial communities, public organizations and households of the local territory; precautionary management of territorial development risks due to the internal and external outflow vector of human and intellectual resources, which tends to increase.
