Abstract

To improve the investment strategy of forming the competitive potential of innovatively oriented enterprises in the conditions of change management, there is a variety of economic information that reflects the activities of the enterprise. It has been proven that in order to determine the economic potential of the enterprise on the market, its investment attractiveness for potential investors, to determine the creditworthiness in order to secure collateral in the bank at the expense of one's own property, it is necessary to consider the enterprise as a separately operating business that requires a professional assessment of its value.
