Abstract
The article examines the structure and components of information and methodical support for the formation and development of digital competence in employees of HEI’s organizational and educational units. The main aspects of the development of digital competence in these employees have been identified. The relevance of the formation and development of digital competence in employees of HEI’s organizational and educational units have been determined. The information and methodical support which makes a provision for the formation and development of digital competence in employees of HEI’s organizational and educational units has been offered. A problem analysis of information and methodical support for the formation and development of digital competence in employees of HEI’s organizational and educational units, as the main component of professional competence of these employees has been carried out. It has been found out that nowadays the professional activity of employees working at organizational and educational units of universities plays an important role in creating HEI’s single information space. Through the prism of scientific and methodical principles, the basic views at the structure of information and methodical support for the development of digital competence in employees of HEI’s organizational and educational units have been substantiated. The analysis of information and methodical support makes it possible to identify the ways to improve the process of formation and development of digital competence in employees of HEI’s organizational and educational units in advanced training. In our opinion, each component of information and methodical support for the formation and development of digital competence includes a number of functions, the mastery of which allows the employee of HEI’s organizational and educational units to grow professionally, both during self-mastery and professional training. Based on scientific and methodical research, we state the fact that the components of information and methodical support for the formation and development of digital competence constitute integration characteristics that belong to the system of scientifictheoretical and methodical awareness of employees at HEI’s organizational and educational units on digital technologies today.
