Abstract
Osvitological space in schooling extends teacher's activity potential, securely holds the cognitive autonomy of students in active health saving condition. The article presents research and practical experience relating to rethink the nature of the content and form of teacher communication with students in the classroom, in conducting extracurricular and and after-school activities that are focused on health. Shows standardized in the content and form of consultative model of teacher communication with students: Model I - cognitive-motivational. Teachers use information, advertising and various types notice, creates a situation of communication - discussion the importance of information for the life of students. Model 2 - social and career. Related to the students' research of innovation and information space with the implementation of a person's potential health, their ability to work in a group to take responsibility for the performance and making decision. Model 3 - practical values. Students are directed to self-knowledge, self-control and self-esteem of their actions, behavior, culture, behavior in public places and so on. Described in the article scientific information about the features of the consultative model of communication requires further searching and specificity
