Abstract

The article reveals the state of partnership pedagogy competency formation, in accordance with the "New Ukrainian School" Concept and the pedagogical standards of primary school teachers. The role of the teacher in the context of building his partnership relations is outlined. The expediency of research in this scientific direction has been proven. The pedagogy of partnership as a factor in the formation of effective interaction of participants in the educational process is substantiated. The results of the research on the levels of formation of competence in partnership pedagogy of primary school teachers are presented.
