Abstract
Due to a number of reasons, the rhetorical component occupies an important place in the modern educational space. Professional competence will not be complete without the ability to analyze all the components of different situations of language interaction and the skillful application of strategies and tactics of cooperative communication, which ultimately leads to effective communication. In the proposed research, we are talking about the main aspects of the process of rhetoricalization of education in educational institutions. The author denies the opinion that professional communication and communication can be learned spontaneously. Emphasizes that the process of formation of rhetorical abilities and skills should consist of the stage of propaedeutics, the actual formation of competence, its improvement and transformation into living conditions. The main condition for the formation of rhetorical competence is the continuity and perspective of the learning process, all stages of which should aim to form and develop a number of rhetorical abilities and skills. He notes that the formation of rhetorical competence does not end with classroom or classroom work. Continuous improvement of rhetorical competence can be ensured only through rhetoricalization of the educational process. And this is the most important condition for the formation of these abilities and skills. The author concludes that the rhetoric of education is focused on the formation of psychologically comfortable, socially demanded and situationally optimal communicative behavior of the individual. It is determined by the need for a selective attitude to the facts of the language, the choice of optimal forms of synonymous series, motivated by the psycholinguistic correspondence of the subject of the language and the situation. Pupils and students acquire the ability to correctly structure their speech, psychologically correct and purposeful interaction with the interlocutor, achieving a communicative effect and result. The communicative model of behavior is the basis of the educational process, which makes it possible to change the level and perspectives of the dialogical situation. Thus, the development of the communicative competence of pupils and students with the help of rhetoricalization of educational subjects / disciplines allows to ensure the proper quality of education, and subsequently, the professional activity of a specialist
