Abstract

The aim of the course "Human Resource Management" is to acquaint masters with the theoretical foundations of of personnel management and the specifics of HR-management; acquisition of practical skills in application of the acquired theoretical knowledge in the processes of planning, selection, adaptation, development, assessment, motivation of personnel; formation of professional competencies in the management of human resources management at the micro, meso and macro levels.
