Abstract

The thesis paper is dedicated to the role of e-PR as a tool of state foreign-policy image forming. The particularities of state foreign-policy image forming have been outlined. It has been proved that e-PR is an important tool of state foreign-policy image forming in the terms of globalization. The main e-PR instrument which can be used for image-making communications were characterized. On the basics of world’s experience the most effective electronic foreign-policy technologies tools have been systematized. The key role of foreign-policy department and of diplomatic service in forming and supporting of positive foreign-policy image was characterized. The features of nowadays Ukraine’s foreign-policy image forming has been considered. It has been proved that for effective implementation of Ukraine’s foreign policy and for its’ positive foreign-policy image forming, it is necessary to use foreign-policy PR technologies in full measure, including e-PR technologies. The thesis comprises the research of Ukrainian diplomatic representatives’ websites based on author’s methodic of content-analysis of diplomatic representatives’ websites as foreign-policy PR tools. The PR-strategy for positive Ukraine’s foreign-policy image forming by means of Internet has been suggested.
