Abstract

The purpose of the article is based on the study of theoretical aspects, the identification of key features of the formation and management of financial resources of the enterprise in crisis economic conditions. Approaches to determining the essence of the enterprise’s «financial resources» have been analyzed.The following research methods are used in the work: economic analysis, synthesis, logical analysis, scientific abstraction.The article examines the essence and peculiarities of the formation of the company's financial resources in crisis conditions. It was determined that the financial resources of enterprises play a significant role in the structure of financial relations of society. It has been proven that the financial resources of the enterprise are a set of funds in fund, non-fund or material form, intended for the fulfillment of financial obligations, the implementation of current expenses and expenses for ensuring extended reproduction. Financial resources generate cash, as well as part of the cash that is used by the enterprise in a non-fund form. It was found that financial resources are a material expression of financial relations at the level of business entities.It was found that in the conditions of increased uncertainty, forecasting should be carried out on the basis of the scenario method. The specifics of the formation of the information base for the construction of enterprise development scenarios have been considered. It has been studied that financial resources form the financial support of the enterprise’s operational and investment activities. Financial planning is considered as one of the effective tools for managing the company's financial resources. The principles of managing the company's finances in conditions of increased uncertainty are proposed. It was found that in the conditions of the crisis, forecasting should be based on the scenario method. It is summarizedthat the assessment of the level of provision of financial resources of nterprises, the search for sources of their formation, qualitative planning and determination of the efficiency of use are relevant from the point of view of the perception of transformational changes and strategic management decisions by each business entity
