Abstract

The article describes the main approaches to the development of creativity of future preschool teachers. The basic concepts of "creativity", "creativity", "pedagogical creativity", "heuristic method", "heuristic learning" are analyzed. Creativity is seen as the ability of a person to generate fundamentally new ideas, find original solutions, move away from traditional thinking patterns and solve problems that arise in static systems. Therefore, the educational process should be aimed at helping future teachers realize themselves as creative and outstanding individuals, understand the importance of developing creative qualities, develop their own creative style of work and consolidate it. Pedagogical creativity is an expression of individual creative traits of a teacher's personality, and the form of a teacher's creative activity usually corresponds to the generally accepted structure of creativity. The article presents the results of diagnostics of future master's students majoring in "Preschool Education" in order to determine the level of development of their creativity by such indicators as: problem vision, sensitivity to problems in pedagogical activity; flexibility in finding alternative approaches to problem solving and critical thinking; creative imagination, developed imagination; ability to put forward hypotheses, original ideas; ability to overcome the inertia of thinking and creative solution of pedagogical problems. It was found that 55.3% of future teachers who participated in the study have an average level of creativity. The heuristic teaching methods that were introduced into the educational process of training future master teachers to increase the level of development of their creativity, such as: brainstorming method, synectics method, method of heuristic questions, method of control questions, method of "Garlands of Randomness and Associations", method of "Conference of Ideas, in particular Discussion 66", method of "Ship's Council, or meeting of pirates", "Rule of Twenty-six", method of "Diamond" are considered. It is concluded that heuristic teaching provides the necessary conditions for the development of creativity of future teachers.
