Abstract
A modern teacher must necessarily be a creative person and, accordingly, must organize pedagogical interaction with students on a creative basis. The professional activity of a teacher, as his personality itself, should be considered as a certain creative product in the dialectical unity of form and content. In particular, in the post-graduate education system, it is necessary to help the teacher to realize their interdependence, indivisibility in the formation of his own pedagogical professionalism, to teach him to equally work on their improvement. The article clarifies the concepts of "content" and "form" of creative pedagogical activity (and the creative personality of the teacher himself) and outlines the ways of their improvement during training in the post-graduate period. The opinion that the content of the teacher's creative activity is his formed professional competence, and the form is pedagogical technique. It has been proven that without the formation of an effective pedagogical technique, without the teacher's perfect mastery of both its internal and external components, its content cannot be fully presented.
