Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of enriching the socio-cultural experience of younger schoolchildren with speech disorders by means of art. The relevance of the use of art tools in working with children with special educational needs is explained by the fact that the use of art tools has an extremely positive effect on the child's personal, socio-cultural, emotional and even intellectual development. The article examines the essence of sociocultural experience and ways of enriching it. The basic concepts of "socio-cultural experience" and "socio-cultural competence" are distinguished. The very concept of enriching the socio-cultural experience of a junior high school student is revealed through the improvement of socio-cultural competence and the promotion of active socio-cultural development. Within the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the concepts of "art therapy" and "art pedagogy" are differentiated. The peculiarities of the formation of the sociocultural experience of younger schoolchildren with speech disorders are outlined. A survey of specialists of one school (speech therapists, primary school teachers, speech therapist assistants, and teacher assistants) working with younger schoolchildren with speech disorders was organized and carried out in order to determine their level of awareness and motivation regarding the enrichment of the sociocultural experience of the specified category of children, as well as to determine the needs specialists in methodical materials. The structural components, criteria, indicators (awareness, motivation, practical implementation and availability of requests and needs related to implementation) and levels of formation of the phenomenon under study are highlighted. The main ways and art means of enriching the socio-cultural experience of children of the specified category were formed, among them the most convenient and most common ones used by specialists were selected. Methodological principles are substantiated and methodological recommendations for specialists regarding the use of art tools in the process of enriching the sociocultural experience of younger schoolchildren with speech disorders are summarized.
