Abstract

In the period of today's challenges and the implementation of the State National Program "Education" ("Ukraine of the 21st century") and the laws "On Education", "On Promoting the Social Formation and Development of Youth in Ukraine", the real level of educational training of future specialists in the field of "Social Work" is determined by the formation his professional and personal qualities. Normative and regulatory formation of ethical values of social pedagogues in education both in Ukraine and abroad is provided by such documents as: Great Charter of Universities (1988), Bucharest Declaration on Ethical 3 Values and Principles of Higher Education in the European Region (2004); approval by the International Association of Universities and Magna Charta Observatory "Guidelines for institutional codes of ethics in the field of higher education" (2012), "Basic definitions", "Ethical principles", "Ethical behavior of all participants in the educational process" (2014-2015). It becomes clear that not only knowledge, but a set of professional and ethical qualities, knowledge and skills are important indicators of a comprehensively trained employee. It is worth highlighting the social pedagogue, whose goal is to create conditions for self-affirmation of the individual and self-development, and the components of this goal are the stimulation of a person to active life activities and support.
