Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical issue of improving the effectiveness of educational work in primary school. The paper substantiates the need for a systematic approach to the organisation of educational work, identifies the main organisational and methodological principles of its implementation. The analysis of the works of scholars proves that the effectiveness of educational work in primary school depends on a clear definition of its goals and objectives, selection of content, forms and methods of educational work, its organisation and control. The main organisational and methodological principles of improving the effectiveness of educational work in primary school include: a systematic approach, consideration of age and psychological characteristics of primary school students, differentiation and individualisation of educational influence, cooperation of teachers, students and parents. By following these organizational and methodological principles, teachers can create an effective learning environment where all students can thrive. The authors also provides concrete examples of how teachers can implement these principles in their classrooms. Overall, the article is well‐written and informative, and it provides valuable insights for teachers on how to improve the effectiveness of educational work in primary school. The article contains information on specific recommendations for implementing these principles in practice. The main emphasis is placed on the use of the modern online service Padlet in educational work with primary school pupils, its advantages are identified and methodological recommendations for use in the educational work of primary school teachers are provided. Padlet is a digital tool that can be used for a variety of educational purposes with primary school pupils. It is a virtual bulletin board where students can post text, images, videos, and other types of content. Padlets can be used for individual work, group projects, and class‐wide activities.
