Abstract

The determining factors of the methodological system of professional training of future philologists by means of modern information technologies are determined as a system of factors that actualizes the study of the problem, gives it socially significant, educational and personal meaning. Such factors include: 1) social determinants (social demands, social changes, social needs), which determine the search for ways to introduce information technologies into the education system in general and professional education of philologists, in particular; 2) regulatory documents that regulate the process and results of professional training; 3) social and pedagogical conditions of professional training of future philologists by means of modern information technologies; 4) motivational features of the subjects of education to achieve the quality of professional philological training (primarily students and teachers), including the use of information technology. The state normative documents that promote the development and dissemination of information technologies, determine the fundamental mechanisms for the introduction of modern methods of education in the education system and international documents that emphasize the need to create and implement an information and educational space. The conclusion is formulated that the development of the use of information technologies for educational purposes began in Europe at the end of the 20th century and was reflected in Ukrainian normative orientations at the beginning of the 21st century. The analyzed documents declare human rights as the highest value, and consider the possibilities of information technologies from the standpoint of expanding people's access to education as a source of social and personal changes. Information technologies are considered as a tool for solving complex professional problems by future philologists and are reflected in the program results of training specialists of both levels (bachelor and master of philology). The motivation for the use of information technologies and improving the quality of professional philological education from the perspective of various subjects of the educational space (administration of higher education institutions, teachers, students) is considered.
