Abstract

The article deals with modern innovative management technologies in primary school. It is emphasised that these technologies are aimed at improving the efficiency of the educational process, creating conditions for the comprehensive development of the child's personality, ensuring its successful adaptation to the new realities of life. Innovative management technologies in primary school are an important tool for improving the efficiency of the educational process and ensuring the comprehensive development of the child's personality. Implementation of these technologies requires that heads of educational institutions have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience. The main innovative management technologies in primary school are: design technologies, planning technologies, decision-making technologies, human resource management technologies, and information support technologies. Design technologies are aimed at developing and implementing innovative projects aimed at improving the educational process. Planning technologies are aimed at developing school development plans and programmes that ensure the implementation of innovative projects. Decision-making technologies are aimed at effectively solving management problems. Human resource management technologies are aimed at forming and developing the school's human resources. Information support technologies are aimed at providing the school leader with the information necessary for effective management. The article highlights the main conditions, principles and directions of innovations in the management activities of heads of educational institutions, and provides their characteristics. The conditions include: a stable state policy in the field of education, preparedness of heads of educational institutions for innovative activities, interest of participants in the educational process in innovations. The principles of innovation in the management activities of heads of educational institutions are: purposefulness, systematicity, conservatism, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The directions of innovation are: improving the content of education, improving the organisation of the educational process, improving the management of the educational institution.
