Abstract

Objective. To specify the specifics of dialogic interaction on the formation of subjectmethodical competence of preschool teacher and primary school teacher. Methods. The study used analysis and synthesis to analyze scientific research, structural and systematic method. A questionnaire was developed to find out the ideas of future educators and teachers about the importance of dialogue technologies in the professional activity of a teacher, their effectiveness in organizing pedagogical partnerships and to establish how well students master the art of dialogue. Conclusions. Dialogue technologies in the context of forming the subject-methodical competence of future preschool and primary school teachers provide the following opportunities in the educational process of the university: involvement of future preschool and school teachers in the active acquisition of knowledge and its application in practice and a clear understanding of where, how and for what purpose this knowledge can be applied; cooperation in solving various life and professional problems when it is necessary to demonstrate appropriate communication skills; comprehensive communication with the subject of the study. Thus, the study made it possible to state that the use of various dialog technologies, modeling situations of empathy with other participants in the dialogue promotes the development of empathy and is one of the mechanisms for regulating interpersonal conflicts. It has been established that in the process of dialogic learning, almost all students are involved in the process of cognition, where they have the opportunity to exchange opinions and judgments in a comfortable creative and emotional atmosphere. All this allows the future teacher not only to gain new knowledge, but also to intensify cognitive activity and promote the development of pedagogical partnership and cooperation in the learning process
