Abstract

The article is an analysis of trainings aimed at preserving and restoring psychological resources, which were conducted with teachers of the subject "Defense of Ukraine". Trainings are considered as one of the means of supporting the psychological health of teachers during the war period. In the course of the work, the assessment of stress perception by the teachers of the subject was carried out "Protection of Ukraine" and determination of individual ways of overcoming crisis situations of teachers (based on the ВASIС Ph model)
