Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of providing pedagogical support by institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education to teachers of general secondary education institutions in order to overcome educational losses. Approaches to the problem of diagnosis and compensation of educational losses in the conditions of martial law are highlighted, the mechanisms of their minimization and overcoming through the coordinated interaction of the teacher and the teacher are defined.The factors affecting academic progress are revealed, and it was emphasized that the primary task for the education of Ukraine is to create safe learning conditions in the premises where children are located, a protected psychosocial environment and to develop an algorithm for overcoming educational losses.
