Abstract
The article highlights the results of an interim study on the topic «Psychological and pedagogical support of future teachers’ personal and professional development in the conditions of the implementation of new educational standards». Conclusions were generalized and presented, based on the results of the theoretical analysis and the pedagogical experiment, regarding the valuable content of the educational and professional training programs for primary school teachers and preschool teachers. According to the results of the theoretical analysis, various approaches of modern Ukrainian and foreign scientists to the study of various aspects consistent with the stated scientific problem are presented in a generalized form, namely: value priorities of the content of pedagogical education, value orientations of student youth. What made it possible to substantiate the essential features of the concept of «value dominants» and generalize their influence on the development of the personality of a professional in the field of education in the conditions of civilizational challenges. The interdisciplinary research carried out confirms the social and personal demand for the development of strategies for the training of future teachers, based on the dominant values of human civilization, which will be useful for future teachers in their personal and professional growth. The highlighted results of empirical research in the context of the issues of the article made it possible to generalize the scientific and practical significance of the dominant values of pedagogical support of future teachers’ personal and professional development, which can be useful for their self-improvement in a personal and professional sense in the conditions of rapid and uncertain ivilizational shifts.
