Анотація

The primary aim of this research is to examine the nuances of translating Ukrainian culturally-dependent vocabulary into English. The cultural realia are exceptionally intriguing and delicate linguistic units, demanding translators’ profound knowledge to work with them and such careful selection of translation techniques proved pivotal in ensuring that the target audience not only comprehends the text but also absorbs all cultural nuances in it.
