Abstract

The importance of effective cross-cultural communication skills in today's world of global change and technological advancement represents an endless expanse of information that cannot be overstated. As new jobs in various career fields require people to interact with different cultures and communicate in foreign languages, the ability to understand and adapt to cultural nuances is critical. Mastering intercultural competences in the context of professional international exchanges for students who are preparing to enter the global labor market is not only important, but also extremely necessary. Today's information environment creates unique challenges and opportunities for students seeking to develop these important skills. As digital platforms and instant communication proliferate, people continue to encounter multiple cultural perspectives and language differences. However, with so much information comes the risk of misunderstanding, confusion and cultural misunderstanding
