Abstract

In the modern educational context, Smart-education is a key element that contributes to the creation of a flexible and accessible learning environment, meets today’s requirements, ensures adaptation to a rapidly changing environment and supports the transition from theoretical study to active practical application of acquired knowledge. In summary, the Smart-education model in teaching the Ukrainian language considers flexibility as the main principle, includes the maximum number of sources, various multimedia possibilities, the ability to quickly adapt to the level and needs of educators. Also, an important part is the exchange of experiences and views, the personalization of courses, the effective use of time for the modernization of the existing educational content, instead of a complete redesign of its structure. It is concluded that the role of the teacher in the context of Smart-education is changing, turning into an informer and adviser. Its task is to guide pupils and students to the standards, requirements and future expectations of society, contributing to the formation of the next generation of linguistic personalities. Learners engage in independent work where they explore additional sources, develop critical thinking, and express their own opinions. The development of Smart-textbooks for learning the Ukrainian language also faces similar requirements, taking into account the needs of modern pupils and students. The implementation of Smart-technologies in secondary higher education will not only improve the distance learning system, but also contribute to the organization of high-quality and effective independent work of full-time students. This will contribute to their acquisition of language competences based on the systematic multidimensional study of disciplines taking into account their interrelationships, as well as stimulate creative and scientific activity. Smart-education in Ukrainian linguistics represents a flexible approach to the development of students as linguistic personalities in an interactive educational environment, using content from around the world that is freely available. This makes it possible to expand the boundaries of learning not only in terms of the number of participants, but also in terms of time and space constraints, ensuring that education is available anywhere and anytime
