Abstract
The article is about the solution of the current problem in the modern art education such as the preparation of the future teachers in the musical art for the forming of artistic and creative competence of the students, as a component of their cultural competence by means of innovative technologies. The purpose of the article is the theoretical substantiation in the training the future music teachers for the forming of the student`s artistic and creative competence by means of innovative technologies. A theoretical analysis of the concepts “teacher training”, “music teacher training”, “artistic and creative competence of students” were carried out according to the results of the research. It was found that the students artistic and creative competence are a dynamic personal forming. This forming is based on an artistic and aesthetic outlook, artistic and creative knowledge, skills and abilities that shows a practical value attitude to artistic and creative activities in primary school. It is substantiated that the use of health-preserving technologies in music lessons has a double effect on the personality of students such as health preservation and the development of their artistic and creative abilities, the forming of the artistic and creative competence. Means of suggestive technologies are identified. These means are technologies of psychological suggestion and selfsuggestion and educate student`s ability to selfregulation as an effective tool for carrying out artistic and creative activity in particular interpretive. Emphasis is placed on the importance of using time management technologies for effective organization in time and the development of independence in the future music teachers, who are able to implement the leading methods of this technology in the process of forming the artistic and creative competence of students. The expediency of training future teachers of musical art to the forming of student`s artistic and creative competence are based on the results of the research and theoretically substantiated by means of innovative technologies.
