Abstract
The article updates the problem of introducing innovative educational technologies as an effective means of training students. The essence of the terms "innovation", "educational innovation", "innovative educational technology", "interactive learning" has been clarified. The main provisions of the activity, project and competence approaches as a methodological basis for the implementation of innovative educational technologies are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the interactive nature of the implementation of innovative educational technologies, which contributes to the effective assimilation of educational material, the formation and development of students' informational and communicative competence, as well as the formation of professional skills. The logic of interactive pedagogical interaction, the main means of organizing interactive learning are proposed, and the features of innovatively oriented lecture and seminar classes in higher education institutions are defined. In the context of the need to bring the educational process closer to the field of future professional activity, the specifics of using such innovative educational technologies as case analysis and project technology are defined, which, acting as a form of personal activity and a condition for the formation of professionally important personality qualities of the future specialist, are implemented on the subject content with didactic goals for solving quasi-professional tasks with the aim of comprehensive formation of professional competences. The opinion that innovative learning involves the introduction of innovative forms of learning, primarily distance learning (using innovative educational technologies), which is a synthesis of interactive self-learning and intensive advisory support, is substantiated. It is specified that the use of information technologies in the educational process requires the development of an electronic educational and methodological complex, which includes software and technical, organizational, didactic and methodical tools that provide and support the educational process.
