Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of virtual communication in the educational space. Currently, virtualization is present in the majority of the educational process, as there are a number of good reasons for this ‐ the physical condition of the person receiving educational services, as well as the impossibility of offline learning due to the security situation in the country. Most of the modern inclusive institutions cannot function at full capacity, and therefore a new way of learning has appeared in the inclusive educational environment – virtual communication. Digital technologies and platforms for virtual communication introduced into the educational process allow overcoming barriers that arise due to limited resources or physical distance of students with special educational needs. This opens up new opportunities for individualization of education, providing access to quality education, and is also a condition for active participation of students in the educational process, regardless of their location or physical capabilities. Virtual communication is an integral part of an inclusive educational space, contributing to more effective integration of all participants in the educational process. Education of children with disabilities requires special attention, in particular, regarding the introduction of innovative teaching methods. Preparation for a new type of education for children with disabilities should take place on both sides ‐ on the part of parents and on the part of teachers. It is important to create such a space in which the child will feel calm and safe. Virtual communication helps ensure a constant connection between students and teachers, giving each child the opportunity to perform individual tasks and always be in touch with his teacher. In addition, this approach promotes the involvement of children in interactive activities, making the learning process more interesting and accessible. Virtual communication opens up new possibilities of access to a wide range of educational resources and materials adapted to the individual needs of students. This significantly increases the efficiency of the educational process and contributes to the quality of receiving educational services.
