Abstract
Modern business conditions, which are characterized by a high level of uncertainty, require business entities to use reasonable approaches to managing their activities. The key elements of the enterprise management system are planning and forecasting, which make it possible to provide a basis for making management decisions and determining the strategic directions of the enterprise's development.
